Ask yourself: How do my decisions at home and at school and on the street and in business testify and reflect upon the name of the God I worship?

I have to remind myself: relearn these blessed lessons of walking with the Lord. Instead of dashing into situations, let the Lord Jesus lead.

God is not going to let you down. He’s not going to forsake you. He’s still on the job, He’s still God, He knows your name, and He knows all about you.

God can give you quietness of soul. Have you trusted Him for that?

Sit down and make a list of the things that you ought to be thankful for — things for which you have never thanked your Lord, and then get busy thanking Him.

What do you do to prove you love Him? Commit yourself to Him in His ownership of you. Let the Lord own you in terms of being Lord of all.

Now, what is there that you have been putting off? If you know it’s the Will of God, you know that you should do it. But you’ve been putting it off–why?

The job of the Holy Spirit, so far as you on Earth is concerned, is to represent and to reveal the Lord Jesus in your life and through your life.

Let the Blessed Spirit of God fill your life until you are delighted to share something about the Lord Jesus as a byproduct of His presence in your life.

You may have been hurt by people; but God is faithful. He hasn’t gone off the throne. And He hasn’t lost sight of you, His precious child.
